Human Resource
It is the mission of the human resources department to provide effective human resource management by developing and implementing policies that contribute to the attainment of corporate and employee goals.
Under the terms of the Company’s shareholders’ agreement, Pakistan Petroleum Limited is designated as the managing shareholder, whereby it is responsible to provide suitably qualified personnel to the Company. The Company provides its Human Resource requirements to PPL and if suitable resources are available with PPL, they are seconded into the Company. Alternatively, the Company has the option of directly hiring any resources that are not available in PPL.
The human resources department is dedicated to partnering with other functions to maximize the potential of our greatest asset—our employees. We are committed to deploying, developing, rewarding and retaining our workforce.
